The Band: A History was conceived for one reason only, compile a comprehensive place for fans of The Band to learn about the group from their roots with Ronnie Hawkins, their golden years in the late 1960s and early 1970s to their post-Band careers.
There is a lot of misinformation, mythicism and untold tales about The Band. Our goal is to help dispel and highlight the amazing history and importance of their collective influence on the tapestry of music history.
Ultimately, we want to bring new folks in who haven't heard about The Band and help the die-hard fans learn something new!
